Quotes
Quotes are based on the vehicle information and condition described when the request is made. If the vehicle's actual condition differs materially from that description, the price or the time required may change. Any adjustment is discussed with you before additional work is performed.
Access and location
Because this is a mobile service, appointments require a legal, safe and accessible place to park and work on the vehicle, with room to open the doors and move around it. If the location is an apartment complex, workplace lot or other managed property, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm that on-site detailing is permitted.
Weather and rescheduling
Some work depends on conditions such as temperature, wind and precipitation. Appointments affected by weather may be rescheduled to protect the quality of the result. We will contact you as early as possible if that becomes necessary.
Results and limitations
Detailing improves the condition of a vehicle's surfaces, but not every defect can be removed. Deep scratches, damaged or failing clear coat, permanent staining, dye transfer and heavy odor saturation may improve without being eliminated. Where a limitation is apparent, it is explained before work begins rather than afterward. No result is guaranteed beyond what is described in advance for your specific vehicle.
Personal property
Please remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle before the appointment. Loose items left in the cabin can slow the work and are best kept with you.
