The business case
A dirty work van undoes a good reputation
A branded van pulling into a customer's driveway in Ridglea Hills makes an impression before anyone gets out of it. If it is covered in road film with a filthy windscreen and a cab full of receipts, the homeowner has already formed an opinion about the standard of work they are about to receive. That impression costs money in a market where trades compete on trust.
There is a practical side too. Clean vehicles are inspected more often, so damage, tire wear and leaks get spotted earlier. Drivers treat a clean cab better than a dirty one, which slows interior wear. And when vehicles come off lease or go to auction, condition translates directly into residual value. Fleet cleaning is a small recurring cost against several larger and less visible ones.
How it works
Service built around your operation
- 01
Assess the fleet
We look at vehicle types, condition, where they are parked and when they are actually available, then propose a workable frequency.
- 02
Set a schedule
Weekly, biweekly or monthly routes, timed for whenever the vehicles sit — overnight, early mornings, weekends or during a shift change.
- 03
Service on site
Work happens at your yard, office lot or each driver's home. Vehicles are not taken out of service or driven anywhere.
- 04
Report and adjust
We flag anything we notice — damage, worn tires, a leak — and adjust the schedule as the fleet or the season changes.
Vehicle types
Fleets we work with
Trades and contractors
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical and landscaping vans and trucks. Heavy exterior soil and cabs that see boots and tools daily.
Delivery and courier
High mileage, constant stop-start, cargo areas that take a beating and drivers who spend all day in the seat.
Sales and executive cars
Vehicles that carry clients. Interior presentation matters as much as the paint on these.
Rideshare and livery
Passenger-facing interiors needing frequent cleaning and sanitizing rather than deep restoration.
Real estate and services
Vehicles that pull into driveways all day in neighborhoods where appearances shape the first conversation.
Dealer and lot support
Presentation cleaning on inventory and reconditioning support for vehicles going onto the front line.
Scope
What a fleet visit typically includes
- Safe exterior wash with attention to lower panels and wheel arches
- Wheels, tires and wheel wells, which are the first thing to look neglected
- Glass inside and out, which is a safety item on a high-mileage vehicle
- Interior vacuum, hard surfaces, touch points and cup holders
- Cargo area or bed cleaning where the vehicle carries materials
- Branding and vinyl wrap cleaned with wrap-safe products
- Periodic deeper interior work rotated through the fleet rather than all at once
- Protection applied so the following visits go faster and the paint holds up
FAQ
Common questions
How many vehicles do I need for a fleet arrangement?
There is no formal minimum. Three vehicles at one address on a regular schedule already makes sense for both sides, because the travel time is shared across the visit. Larger fleets get more scheduling flexibility, but small operators are welcome and are a good part of the work.
Can you work overnight or on weekends?
Yes, and for many fleets that is the only sensible arrangement, since the vehicles are working during business hours. We will plan around whenever they are parked, provided the location has adequate lighting and safe access.
Will cleaning damage our vinyl wraps or decals?
Not with wrap-safe products and correct technique. Aggressive degreasers and high-pressure water at the edges are what lift decals and dull wraps. Wrapped vehicles get a gentler process, and pressure is kept away from edges and seams.
Do you handle interiors on work trucks?
Yes, and it is usually the part drivers appreciate most. Work truck cabs accumulate clay, dust and general debris quickly. A regular interior clean, with deeper extraction rotated in periodically, keeps them from ever reaching the state that requires a full restoration.
How is fleet work quoted?
Based on vehicle count, size, condition, frequency and location, since a weekly route at one yard is very different from monthly visits to a dozen driver homes. Tell us what the fleet looks like and we will put together a realistic proposal rather than a per-vehicle sticker.
Ready to book mobile detailing?
Tell us the vehicle, its current condition and where it will be parked, and we can put together a quote and a time that works.
